In addition, Maria is a member in good standing with several career organizations, adheres to the code of ethics of each organization, and attends annual career-related conferences to continue her professional development. She was recruited by the Founder and CEO of ExecuNet, David Opton, to become a member of their resume expert team, where she became a Charter Member. What does it mean to be a CCMC 
The CCMC is awarded by the Career Coach Academy. Career coaches completing the CCMC program undergo a distinctive 3-month training program that includes practical application of coaching principles. Coaches must pass a written examination and live-coaching evaluation conducted by a professional, certified coach. CCMCs learn core coaching competencies aligned with the International Coach Federation guidelines that help clients to find focus, unravel road blocks, and achieve change.
Coaches are trained across the career continuum, incorporating principles of career development theory. To maintain the CCMC credential, coaches must earn 10 continuing education units devoted specifically to techniques and innovations in career coaching and accepted by the Career Coach Academy.
What does it mean to be a CPRW? 
The CPRW certification is awarded by the Professional Association of Resume Writers & Career Coaches (PARW/CC). Resume writers must pass a timed examination comprising four modules. The examination tests the writer's industry knowledge and understanding of the resume-writing field, command for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and proofreading skills.
To test resume and cover letter writing ability, the resume writer is required to create each document based upon background information provided by the PARW/CC. The resume and cover letter are developed for a hypothetical client. Certification examinations are evaluated by three CPRWs who are members of the PARW/CC Certification Committee Board. A CPRW must be a member in good standing with the PARW/CC and must continue professional development to maintain writing skills and knowledge of the careers industry. The CPRW credential was established in 1991 and is recognized as the industry standard.
